Install, Upgrade, Clone, Patch - EBS (MOSC)

EBS R12.2 login page is not opening The system has encountered an error when servicing the request.

I have freshly installed R12.2.4...First I have install R12.2.0.. then I did the upgrade by applying all 10.1.2,forms reports,FMW, weblogic, and RUP patch.

After installation of R12.2.0 every this was fine, Now After applying Rup patch successfully... Log in page is not coming .. it is showing

The system has encountered an error when servicing the request. If the error persists, please contact the system administrator.

I have checked the oacore_server1 log .. some java error is given...like below at the time of application start..
