Unable to login to WCC

We are facing a strange issue in WCC. We are unable to login with a user credentials(Error being username/password incorrect). Even after changing the password & retrying, same error occurs. The user is not locked either. What might be the cause for this?


WCC version:11.1.1.8.0

DB version: 11.2.0.3.0 Oracle Database 11g Release



Any pointers are appreciated.
