PO email PDF generating inconsistently for one user
Hi everyone. I'm seeing something weird in our production environment for one user...I am unable to reproduce so not sure if will even be able to find any answers, but here goes.
We've been emailing POs to our suppliers through the canned oracle functionality for about 1 1/2 years now. We do have a custom template. We just implemented another area of the company to start using the functionality about a month ago and this is where we are seeing the issue.
Here is the issue - ONE user has seen behavior where the email sends but the PDF is not there. In place of the PDF attachment that is usually there is a file called PDF Document.htm. If you click on that, you get the 'System failed to generate the PDF document. Please contact your system administrator.' message opening up in IE.
