Unable to login to veridata console

Hi everyone!

I have just installed oracle golden gate veridata on a new machine (RHEL) . All steps were followed using this OBE section.

Installing Veridata/Monitor 12c

I am able to login to weblogic server administration console and under Domain Structure -> base_domain -> Monitoring page, state of all these servers is 'RUNNING' and health is 'OK'

AdminServer

MONITORSERVER_server1

VERIDATA_server1

However, when I try to login to veridata server http://domain_name:8830/veridata with DEV_STB it says

It was not possible to log you in.

Please confirm your user name and password and try again.

I tried to open this URL on server where veridata is installed and also on windows client, same error. Whereas, I am able to login to database using same credentials i.e. dev_stb/<password> via sqlplus.
