I connect to https://xx/xx/xx/xx:7002/ovm/console but does not present login screen

oracle OVM is installed on Red Hat 6.7.

I successfully connect to https://xx/xx/xx/xx:7002/ovm/console but does not present login screen.

the screen shows a rotating oval and says "loading...."but does not present the login box.

is this maybe a problem with my installation where I put in the fully qualified name?

I stopped and started OVM and ovmmcli.
