My Gross to Net Report, Payroll Register Report and Costing Report all match for a value that should

When I run my Gross to Net Report, Payroll Register Report and Costing Report.  They all match for a value that should be loaded to the GL for CPP however when the amount gets posted to the GL the amount is different then what was displayed on these 3 reports.  What could be causing this issue?
