Smartview 11.1.2.510 user have to login twice

Hello everyone,

We use Smartview 11.1.2.510. All  users have to login twice every time to get in to smartview.  (the login window will pop up twice. users will have to type in user name and password twice. )  We use HFM 11.1.2.4. Does anyone have the same experience? How did you resolve it?
