Unable to login to Java Client

Hi Guys,

I am running Agile 9.3.0.1 and when I try to login to Java Client, nothing is coming up. Hour glass keeps spinning but no use. I am able to login to Webclient without any issues. appreciate if you can throw some light on this issue.
