Unable to login in JDE on Deployment Server

We are not able to login on the deployment server.

Getting the error message.

Unable to connect E1 Local - also checked the alert log found the below error message.

Can anyone help me to get it fixed.Also please find the attached alert log for your reference.

ERROR at line 1:
ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [kcrf_resilver_log_1],
[0x7FF13C5A660], [2], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], []
