JDE 9.2 JDeveloper Java Class login Issue while adding objects

Hello,

We are running JDE 9.2 apps and 9.2.0.2 tools set. We have a unique JDeveloper Issue while doing development activities with BSSV  objects. JDeveloper is getting invoked as we click on the BSSV objects. However while adding a Database Value Object we are getting the Login Screen which is not expected and when we key in any credentials with Developer Access or CNC access or even with System User JDE we get a login failed error.
