Same Siebel Login/session works on other system once we copy the URL on other system

Hi Siebel Gurus! We are facing a new issue in Siebel Open UI. Lets say i login on one system and navigate to a screen. If i copy the entire URL in address bar and hit it on other system, it works without giving login id and password. It's a potential issue of security. Any change in eapps.cfg which might fix this?
