REGISTER to non-standard port

Hello.

Is there any way to send REGISTER messages (vie surrogate-agent) to port !5060 ?

There are some VoIP providers who accept SIP traffic on ports other than 5060.

If I configure, for example, port 5068 in Session-Agent for that remote VoIP provider, AcmePacket's surrogate-agent still sends REGISTER messages to port 5060.
