RTP Failures Intermittently

Hi All,

We are getting RTP failures intermittently in our instance with the below error.

RTP failure while receiving standard PO's. This occurs intermittently. The error message reads like below:

RVTTH-445: Subroutine ORA-01403: no data found in Package RCV_AccEvents_PVT Procedure Create_ReceivingEventStatement -50 returned error

Cause: Subroutine ORA-01403: no data found in Package RCV_AccEvents_PVT Procedure Create_Receiv

Can someone please help us in identifying why this error occurs.
