Unifier mobile and app login failing

We are unable to connect to our Self hosted Unifier 16R1 from Unifier mobile and Unifier app and getting an error "invalid username or password "

Environment is setup to use LDAP Double bind authentication and integrated with Windows Active Directory.

we have configured "Configuring the Weblogic Domain for Unifier (Mobile Device)" as listed in Install guide but still it doesn't work.

Please advise.
