User from MS active directory (MSAD) cannot login to Hyperion Planning

Hi All,

I have  successfully configure MSAD to shared services.

I am able to login with MSAD users in workspace. However But when I select Planning application, it's throwing the below error.

"An error occurred while processing this page. Check the log for details. Please close the current tab and open application again

Failed to sync with user provisioning. Check Planning log for details".

The user has been provisioned for the application in HSS.Please suggest

Do we have entries in HSP_OBJECT for MSAD users as well ?
