HFM 11.1.2.3.700 Workspace Login Error with wksp.load NetworkError

Dear All

Please urgently help , some of my client site face the error when login to hfm workspace "Error Loading Adf for module with id: wksp.mode Message: NetworkError" , but sometime they can login without error I'm not sure for the root cause of this issue please help for solutions.
