E1 page doesn't update to last viewed

We have a situation with a particular user where the page defaults to the same page regardless of what they are viewing... it is unique to this particular user, does it under any browser on any machine and only for this user.  We grant access to pages via roles.  For everyone else it defaults to the last page you viewed... but for this user the same page comes up when she signs on or exits out of an application.  Thanks...
