Using the My Oracle Support Portal (MOSC)

Adding a just registered user to a support identifier.

I have a couple of users just registered at support.oracle.com. I am trying associate them to a support identifier from "Add Users to the Support Identifier" screen. This view can't user when i search hence can't add.

I haven't done in a long time. I am thinking that i am not doing it right. Any help is appreciated.
