how to increase 'zone.max-shm-memory' on Solaris 11.1 sparc

I tried to increase 'zone.max-shm-memory' of global zone of Solaris 11.1 sparc

but face following error:

# prctl -n zone.max-shm-memory -v 255GB -r -i zone global

1: /usr/sbin/init

prctl: cannot modify system values

current config:

# prctl -n zone.max-shm-memory -i zone global

zone: 0: global
