Transaction date is earlier than Creation date in Material transaction form

Hi All,

We have multiple cases where transaction date is earlier that Creation date, is it a valid scenario (Date difference is 1 dat)

Transaction Date - 22-Sep-16

Creation Date  - 23-Sep-16

Please provide your inputs on this,
