A/R Constants - Aging Days Question

In P0000 Work with A/R Constants you define the aging days.  There is some confusion around how these are numbered (buckets) with regards to the hold order constants.

For example: C2 hold is set up for 20% in bucket 3.

In the A/R constants, can someone confirm which aging category bucket 3 is?  I was told 60 would be bucket 3 in the example setup below.  Can someone help confirm?
