change application of custom forms, programs without re-registering

Hi,

our custom forms and programs are registered to a standard application, we are planing to move them to a custom application is there any way we can directly change the application for the program and form to the custom application.

or deregister them so that we can re-register them with the same names ?

our application is 11.5.10.2 with 11.2.0.4 Database.
