Din't insert login name and password on login application P6 16.1 and Show text not correctly?

Dear Oracle Team,

In Primavera P6 16.1 Client application is not insert user name and password , Operation Win7 x64 service pack 1 , and text on login window is not show correctly (attachfile)

So please advise me
