Siebel Login Performance issue in siebel 8.1.1.11.10

Hi All,

We are facing some performance issues logging in Siebel application , when verified we saw that the below is taking long time ,

Buscomp - 'View Access For User'

But we were unable to find any applet or View using this Buscomp, can you please share details how this Buscomp is getting invoked .
