R12.2.5 Lightweight Login Page Regions

Hi there

We are upgrading from 12.1.3 to 12.2.5 and I have a question about the 12.2.5 lightweight login page. There are regions/links for Terms of Use, Legal Notice, About Product, Privacy Statement mentioned in Note 12.2.5 : How to Personalize Login Page to show/hide links ( Doc ID 2105595.1) and also as part of the html behind the new login page. These regions are not displayed however on our standard login page (I am not hiding them deliberately)

There are messages in FND_MESSAGES for all these elements but they do not appear. I have raised an SR but am being told that I will have to customise the login page and I should post a message on the Community. Does anyone else have experience of this issue and how to get these regions/messages to appear on the lightweight login page
