Team member users can see all the projects when assigning tasks

Hello everyone!

In P6 Team Member users can see all the projects when assigning tasks for Timesheet regardless of EPS or OBS. Is it the way how primavera works?
For instance, I want that all users would see only the projects from specific EPS (it works in P6 Primavera, but doesn't work when assigning tasks for timesheet).

Can i do it?
