Oracle UCM 10.1.3.5.1 (111229) (Build:7.2.4.105) customized login page

Several years ago our company implemented UCM as our intranet and doc storage solution.  The development team modified/customized the login page with the company logo and some links. That team is no longer with the company and now I have been tasked to make changes to the page.  I know quite a bit about UCM within Site Studio Designer and the web admin UI but have not been able to find the login page to modify it.  I assume it is somewhat dynamic based on some docs I found on Ora Support referring to the std_page.htm file in the install
