Unable to add Verbiage in PR Approval workflow notification body at bottom

Hi Team,

We are trying to add verbiage in PR Approval workflow notification body at bottom. We have tried but unable to do so. We could add it at message body header level but couldn't add at bottom.

Please do let us know if there is any restriction to achieve this from Oracle. If anybody could help achieve it.
