Can't locate Env.pm in @INC BEGIN failed--compilation aborted

Hi,

My rootcrs.pl is aborted by the below error.

Our os is Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 7.2 (Maipo).

RDBMS version 11.2.0.4 RAC.

Can you please suggest any solution or work around on this

[root@osesalx0071v install]#  perl rootcrs.pl -force -deconfig

Can't locate Env.pm in @INC (@INC contains: /usr/local/lib64/perl5 /usr/local/share/perl5 /usr/lib64/perl5/vendor_perl /usr/share/perl5/vendor_perl /usr/lib64/perl5 /usr/share/perl5 . .) at crsconfig_lib.pm line 703.
