How to setup Approval limit Exclusive tax

Hi Gurus,

Our client want that PO Approval should work based on Basic PO value only. For Example.

PO Approval Limit  Defined - 1 lac

PO Amount - 1 Lac + 15% Tax

It must be approved by the same approver.

Please suggest if we have any profile or setup for this functionality
