Not working - After starting the UCM managed server, the UCM Login page is inaccessible and returns
Increase the database connection timeout by setting "oracle.net.CONNECT_TIMEOUT=20000" in the CSDS connection pool properties:
1) Open the WebLogic Server Console
2) Navigate to Services -> Data Sources
3) Click on the "CSDS" data source
4) Navigate to the "Connection Pool" tab
5) In the Properties box, change
oracle.net.CONNECT_TIMEOUT=10000
to
oracle.net.CONNECT_TIMEOUT=20000
and press the save button.
6) Restart the UCM_server managed server instance and verify that there are no more errors during the startup
7) Confirm that the login page (http://hostname:16200/cs) is accessible.
Action By Me : The above action I had taken as per your suggestion . still not working.
