Unable to login to iSupplier portal using isupplier user account.

Hi,

We have reset the user account of an existing supplier using the iSupplier user administrator in a test environment.

Next we tried to login using the URL specified in the profile option POS: External URL.

We are getting error that Login failed. Please verify your login information or contact the system administrator.

We have verified and profile values are already define for the following:

Applications Framework Agent
Apps Servlet Agent
POS: Internal URL
POS: External URL

Please advise how we can login using the isupplier user account already defined.
