12.2.4 How can we set checkbox for 'Apply this Cost Allocation information to all applicable requis

Hello -

We are testing our upgrade from 12.1.1 to 12.2.4.  How can we set the checkbox for 'Apply this Cost Allocation information to all applicable requisition lines' on the update lines page to default to checked.  I've attempted to perform a personalization using an initial value of 'Y' and I've also tried 'true'.  But neither have worked. Thanks in advance!
