JDE 92 dev client login issue after installation

Hi,

We are on tools 9.2.0.3 and OS 8.1 Enterprise

Install visual c+ 2010 redist and 2013

Installed oracle DB

installed WLS 12C

Installed JDE client with full DV package but login failed. It is always says

Could not able to load DV920

Your user id and password might be wrong...

Here is my jde.log file. Can anyone help me to figure out the issue? This is I am trying to do it on my office laptop.
