PO stuck in in Requires reapproval status and freezed. Unable to approve and unfreeze

Hi All,

I have a problematic PO where it is stuck in "Requires reapproval" status and also the PO is freezed Now we are unable to unfreeze the PO. As from controls menu On Hold is available and unfreeze option is not available.

I think as PO is in Require reapproval status hence we are unable to unfreeze the PO. Now we want to finally close the PO. please suggest suitable action plan.
