FR studio login Issue on Citrix

Hello,

Can some one please suggest me on below issue

Hyperion Version: 11.1.2.4

We have installed HFM desktop client and FR studio on citrix.

When Users login to FR studio from Citrix , HFM client configuration prompts occurs, then we click on cancel twice and then FR studio login is succesfully.

Same issue occurs when try to open a report from FR studio.

Only one User who has admin rights on citrix and who has done the installation on citrix server, does not get this issue.

Also we are not facing this issue any where on the application servers also.
