Unable to login LOCAL_XE from Siebel Tools - IP 16

Hello,

I am not able to login to LOCAL_XE from Siebel Tools.

I have extracted local database using LocalDbSetup, all the steps went fine and it was successful. But when i try to login to LOCAL_XE from Siebel Tools it is asking me to initialize again.

Could you please help me to understand where i went wrong? or is there any additional steps which i am missing here?

Below the command used to extract local db.

LocalDbSetup.exe -s E:\Siebel\16.0.0.0.0\Tools -o MYSDEV_DSN -t SIEBEL -u LSINH056 -p LSINH056 -r "Siebel Repository" -d LOCAL_XE -x
