R12.1.3 upgrade to R12.2 and edelivery question

Running R12.1.3 on RHEL and trying to plan/research the upgrade to R12.2.x

I see there are lots of various guides to refer to and maybe I'm getting lost in all the documents but I was hoping I could start by downloading the R12.2 media and the latest startCD and get that setup.

I'm looking at this guide: Oracle® E-Business Suite Installation Guide: Using Rapid Install Release 12.2 (12.2.0)  Part No. E22950-28

and I'm trying to find the files it lists on page 47 and I think I have the right ones but I can't find the WebLogic 11gR1 files.

You must download the following specific components of the Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.2 software distribution:
