Business Function 'UseReportDataSelection ' not working as expected

Below I've attached the debug log, this is taken from a UBE running on the server and relates to the business function - UseReportDataSelection

I've submitted a job R590019A, from this job I submitted another UBE asynchronously this is R590015D. In R590015D I execute the Business Function - UseReportDataSelection, the intention is to use the run time data selection of the calling UBE R590019A, as one can see from the log, I pass in the details of R590019A. Both UBEs have the same Business View, so that is okay, but the business function does not work. From the log it appears the function tries to retrieve  specs etc for the server job number 5066, but this is the job number for R590015D ( which
