Hello,

We are using siebel IP15 ps 14(OpenUI). The enterprise has 2 siebel servers.

Whenever a user tries to login with usernme "EXAMPLE_1"  , he connects succesfully.

Whenever another user tries to login with the same username at the same time while the first one is logged in, we get the error " Encountered an error.  We are unable to process your request. This is most likely because you used the browser BACK or REFRESH button to get to this point.(SBL-UIF-00335)  "

Please note that .swt files are all in place to both servers.

any idea of that issue?
