MFS Laptop user sees csmlDashboad.uix code (XML code) in place of login page : R12.1.3

1. User installed webtogo

2. Sync successfully

3. When tried login to webtogo then he is seeing csmlDashboad.uix code (XML code) in the screen. Please refer attached and provide advise.

This is happening to only few user
