Issue while querying projects in purchase order summary form

Hi Everyone,

The PO Summary form is tied to the function PO_POXPOVPO.

Navigation: PO Summary > Distributions > Projects

Enter value in Project field and search.

This gives the desired result.

When I try to query a project in this function again after below activity, it returns distribution details for all projects:

Go to menu option Folder > Show data > select field Project

This happens when I do the above task for any fields that are not shown by default. Is it because these fields are not searchable? How can I find this out?
