Query for Invoice details related to Blanket

I'm trying to get invoice and payment details with in a specific Invoice date but unable to figure out where this query this failing.it is not giving any data.

Attached is the query but it does not give any data. If I give the condition "

D.TYPE_LOOKUP_CODE != 'BLANKET' 

it will give all the standard.NOt sure which condition does it fail and I could not find any query  for blanket on google.
