How to check setups for each modules?

Dear All Experts,

We need to check the setups for some modules like Purchasing, Inventory, Order management etc, Now there are 100 operating units for which we need to check the setups. As I know there is one option that through Application Diagnostics Responsibility run the Diagnostics for each module with each operating unit, but its too difficult to check for each operating unit.

So please guide that is there any other option through which we can check the setups for many operating unit in one go.
