Oracle EBS R12.2.5, Post Install checks (HTTP, Help Page, Login Page, JSP) got failed

This is the error. but when I tried to check logs VM was hanged for 3-4 days. So, I forced to restart the the VM every time. I have tried 3-4 times. Same problem facing every time.

My Machine Details:

RAM: 8GB

Space: 728 GB

i7, quad core processor.
