Assigning a distribution set to a supplier site

Hi,

I am trying to assign a distribution set to a supplier site but when I select the Accounting button , I get an error message that "You have encountered an unexpected error.  Please contact your system administrator" and when I click to see the exception details I get a long error starting "

oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: oracle.jbo.SQLStmtException: JBO-27122: SQL error during statement preparation.

Can someone tell me how I can resolve this error so that I can attach a distribution set to the supplier site please.
