Login issue in JDE DEV Envirnment in JDE E1 XE version

Hi All,

We are getting issue when try to login in JDE development environment in JDE E1 XE Version.

Facing Issues when login

1. When entered password and user name it takes soo much time to loading.why it takes soo much time to login?

2.After that we are getting this below error.

3.After that  we are  continue with Cancel-->ok After that  again we are getting login screen then continue with user name and password we are getting Database password entry like dev username and password like as given below.

4. In database password entry I entered user name and password so many times then only i am able to login in development environment successfully.
