How does Auto Login to Call center (In User preferences) at Startup work in IP 16
Hi Team,
I would like to know how does the parameter Auto Login to Call center work in Siebel IP 16.9
We have enabled Autologin to TRUE at the CTI Profile , and we can notice that all agents are able to auto login. Now business wants to know if this parameter can be effectively used by setting the Autologin to FALSE and setting this parameter to Y at user level.
When I tried to play with this field, I was not able to edit it since it was Read only, I checked in IP 13 too, it was read only there also.
