R12 Request Information: More Information Request email for requistions

Hi Guys,

Wondering if you could help?

We have an issue at the minute with the links within the auto generated email sent to users once a more information request has been sent. Once the approver sends a more information request to the preparer of the requisition it sends an auto generated email to the user and it is in this email where the links are not working.

see screenshot above, it is the 'answer question' link which isn't working. Does anybody know if this can be resolved or the link be removed?
