Unable to Login in SIM V16

Hi Team,

We are unable to login to SIM v16 with super user credentials and below error was encountered(as an attachment). This was happening last couple of days and before to that we are able to login.

Tried to create a new user in LDAP but still facing the same issue. Kindly help me out on this.
